Abdulrehman AlmozailDecember 21, 2015Hotel's location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious. However, there is only one wall socket in the room and bathtubs in the bathrooms is so the 90s.

Rooms are small but very tastefully decorated. Good gym and pool. Perfect for business visits

H. SAFAugust 12, 2018I’ve took my kids to the swimming pool it coast me 75 SR per kid for 3 hours, the pool was clean but the facilities not that much , the pool a bit cold
There are three restaurant options in the building right opposite Novotel as you get out from the entrance. Two of them are Italian, and one is Lebanese (Fairoz Garden).

Don't let them park your car. Park by your own or blame yourself for what happens after.
The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, helpful and professional

💫September 13, 2018Went to a wedding here. Its good enough for small weddings but the hall itself is very dull and tight. Its long bit not wide. Not the best but its okay.- Good hotel and clean stuff so friendly and helpful I enjoy it here so quiet rooms
Really the hotel needs more staff at the lobby. There is a crowd of people and not being served as they should have been.

- Internet is terribly slow. Reception needs more staff. We had to wait for mins to be served. The hotel is great but the service is more of a 3 stars than a well established 5 stars hotel.
Faisal SAugust 30, 2013Rooms are average .. even though we experienced some issues with the water leaking out of the bathroom .. lunch looked great till I found a hair stuck on the shrimp ..
Room is comfortable but shower is terrible. Water pressure is very weak n there's barely hot water. Such a disappointment for a hotel that claims to be a five stars.
Good location in the heart of Riyadh but too old, needs renovation 😅

This hotel should be rated 3 stars. They don't deserve 5 ones at all. Smelly place and decorations aren't good nor fancy. Worst food buffet ever, they taste bad.
