Yapımı 1563 yılında tamamlanan ve Kanuni Sultan Süleyman'ın sadrazamlığını yapmış ve kızı Mihrimah Sultan'la evlenmiş Rüstem Paşa adına, Mimar Sinan tarafından yapılan cami. Dünyanın ilk apartman camii olup, binbir çeşit çini motifleriyle süslü duvarlarıyla ünlüdür.
