A clean, safe place that radiates serenity, offers comfortable seating and good food, and comes packed with amenities, including showers. There are always healthy and vegetarian food choices.
Andrew CJanuary 9, 2017With delta amex card, access is $29 and includes liquor, wifi, food, etc!!! Flight was delayed, so visited here 5p til close and staff kept cleaning space, plus refilled food often (pretty good, too)!

Healthy free breakfast buffet options include oatmeal, dried fruit, and nonfat yogurt. Amex platinum card required for access.

H M CMay 20, 2013There are 3 lounges. Prefer the one close to gate 9, of possible. It's the most spacious and not so crowded as the others.
The agents here may appear to have that NY "attitude" but they do know their stuff and can be very helpful with ticketing issues/reissues.
Non-stop flight 212 was by far the wildest and most fun Delta flight ever, and the staff was out of this world. Rihanna, eat your heart out! Thank you, Delta
New layout good treats...soups, salad, fixins and more. Great staff!

What they don't tell you is that they have complimentary wine and beer. The sandwiches are also great and affordable, as well.

Bagels here are actually pretty good. Definitely worth while grabbing your breakfast here.

If you arrive early and are craving a screwdriver or bloody mary, be advised no liquor is served before 8 am. It's NY state law.

Showers. At the airport. What a concept! Really nice way to shake off a red eye and clean up for that big meeting with the client.

The front desk personnel have neither personality nor a desire to help you.
Eat a meal before or after your visit; they've dropped the real food menu
Eat as many of these biscoff cookies as humanly possible.
Sprint reception is great. Oatmeal is a nice change of pace from the usual carbed load offerings
Andreas TApril 28, 2014Nothing to write home about. I don't think it is worth the fuss. I have been in better lounges in Europe. At least they had bagels for breakfast.- Excellent Sprint cell service. All six bars!
