Don't bother thinking what to drink, just order the Chinese tea, it's free and good for neutralizing flavor in between dishes!

They have fried 'you tiao' here in their bakery. It's the only place in AMS that I have found it.

I only eat dim sum there and drink thee. Never feel bloated after. You can feel they are a bit rude but I learned to enjoy even that

If you are at all sensitive to MSG stay far away. You can even smell it outside the resturant.

A lot of MSG in the food. Especially in the soup. Be aware, you won't sleep well.

Naast een bakkerij is Hoi Tin ook een restaurant en het restaurant is een van mijn favoriete dimsumplekken in de stad. De rettich cake in xosaus is misschien wel het best bewaarde geheim van de stad
