New renovations are super nice! A lot better than most other hotels in the area. Close by to Natick area for food/drinks.

About the "slow" elevators, if otherwise fit people used the stairs, the elevators would respond faster to those who really can't manage stairs. Oh, and a salad once in a while wouldn't hurt either.
Rooms are showing their age and need updating. But super friendly staff, especially in the dining venues.
Beautiful hotel, free wifi only in the lobby and totally overpriced breakfast.
Beautiful hotel! But restrooms off the lobby are a bit stuck in the 90s and smell like bad car air fresheners.- Some not good changes. No breakfast or appetizers in the Club Lounge on weekends and parking is now pay.
Nicholas WeaverJuly 18, 2017Breakfast is pretty bad for a Sheraton with a full kitchen on site. Closer to a Holiday Inn Express.- The hotel is great. The team members care about their guests. I will always stay here when in the area.
Seems like the even numbered rooms in the main building are larger than others.
They don't replace the bathroom towel mat. I had a suspicious so I wrote down the room no. before leaving in the morning, came back un the evening and bingo! I'm leaving the hotel four days earlier!
If you don't fancy corridors from The Shining use the back stairs.
Fire alarms on Thursday mornings early Must be an east coast thing.

Leave plenty of time in the morning for the legendarily slow elevators.
