Hot chocolate- best. mont-blanc-taste of outer part-btw asian red bean paste(less sweet) & chocolate. the white part inside, very sugar-like and creamy). The mont-blanc all together...I can't tell.
Surprisingly the service is great considering how busy it gets here. Go early on a Sunday to get a good spot and enjoy the brunch menu. Typically touristic, but still great value for what you get.
Yes, sure taste the Mont BLANCHEZ if you have a sweet tooth. But also the Caesar salad or the Risotto with wild mushrooms is fantastic. Very good service. One of the favourite places of Coco Chanel!
No wait to get a Parisian hot chocolate to go (4.90€). Take it and walk through Tuileries Garden for a lovely morning or afternoon. It’s rich like the nicest chocolate cake batter I’ve ever tasted.
Decorate of coffee is classic and beautiful, the atmosphere is brilliant, their cappuccino and black coffee with milk are normal, but their pastries are delicious 😋
The hot chocolate is a stuff of legends and so is the rest of their sweets ❤️ If you’re too impatient to wait in the queue you can buy their chocolate and sweets packed to go!
Try the chocolat l'africain (hot chocolate) its the best I've ever had. Also the chocolate croissants are amazing with a few mini macaroons I had pistachio and salty caramel.
The hot chocolate is perfect, liked it much better than the frozen version. Croque madame was great - very light and fluffy, yet toasted, bread. The Mont Blanc was, unfortunately, not very good.
Although I’m a sweet tooth person ..the hot chocolate was heavy for me , I suggest sharing it .I enjoyed the interior design the most I think its a must when in paris💕
The mont-blanc is really good but if you’re not being crazy for sweet, you can share the one with your friend. 2 was too much for us. Btw, the pistachio(green one) has bitter almond taste.
The best place in Paris for a sweet tooth!I'm in ❤️ with (the house special)Mont Blanc,Millefeuille & Hot Chocolate. If you don't want to wait in a long line,go to the counter & get them! #magnifique
as delicious and fancy as you expect. of course expensive- but you are going for the experience rather than the cost. if you are there for the cocoa, I suggest sharing an order- very sweet and rich.
Le Mont Blanc is a must try! I personally dislike chestnut creme, but I had to try it here since its their classic dessert, and I fell in love with chestnut.
A classic - Coco Chanel's old haunt. The desserts are to die for and do not miss the hot chocolate. The brunch food was incredible too! Not cheap though and you'll have to wait outside to get a table.
Oh yess))) try a chesnut soup, and all pastry is just amazing!! Codfish is good. Come about 12-1 pm, otherwise ud stay a queue to get in! ))) highly recom for lunch and afternoon tea lovers))
Ask for the table of Coco Chanel and feel the sense of the epoque. Set up on 1903, 300 m away from Chanel. Try the cakes, breakfasts and feel the amazing atmosphere. Super friendly staff
Excellent food, simple, small but filling. Try z brunch menu. Coffee isn't nice but hot chocolate is a dream. Nice service not 2 be compared to the general quality of service in other restaurants.
Go there to get their famous hot chocolate and a beautiful pastry. You can only book a table if you are going to eat breakfast or lunch, otherwise you have to stand in line until there is room.
Excellent cafe!! The Chocolat Chaud is to die for. So are the truffle pasta and omelette. The pastries and cakes are also great. There's normally a long queue but the wait is not too long.
The food is super rich; we ordered the cheese plate and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is as good as advertised- a dessert on its own. Order water as well.
Of course you’ll come here. And of course you’ll order the hot chocolate with whipped cream - which is fudge in a cup. And of course you’ll love it and love being here.
Hot chocolate is smooth, decadent & delicious! Definitely not your usual hot chocolate! Had the Mont Blancdessert, not a fan of the icing (good but too much of it) however the inside was really good!
By far the best hot chocolate i've ever had! A bit pricey but worth going to. Beautiful building and you feel special when you are in it. It's just amazing!
Chocolate lovers, do not miss this— the best, thickest hot chocolate I have had anywhere in the world. It is more like melted chocolate than a hot chocolate drink. Also, a very historical tea room.
Angelina's tea blend is incredible.Pastries seem to come out from Versailles' cuisines. You feel like a madame in XVIII siecle. One of the must in Paris, do NOT miss it. Ps.Have a look to the Bathroom.
after reading how good the mont blanc was, me and my wife (who's a chocolate junkie) tried the hot chocolate and the mont blanc. the hot chocolate was delicious but the mont blanc was aweful.
Very good service, beautiful atmosphere and hot chocolate is delicious, but you need to be strong staying on the pretty long waitingline. Pricey, but for trying at least once it worth the effort.
Overcrowded with extreme noise pollution, more like the fish-market type of noise!!! Have your order packed to go and enjoy it in the Tuileries garden.
Bought a hot chocolate then decided to stay in for dinner and they said i'm not allowed to come inside the dining area with takeaway food. Hmm. 😡. But best hot chocolate I ever had, dark and rich👍🏼
This Parisian tea house is so good, it's almost a touristattraction. White coffee comes as filter coffee & milk, not espresso. Dresswell to blend in with locals; only tourists were casual here!
Rich, smooth and wonderfully indulgent, hot chocolate is said to be the best in town, and comes with a small bowl of whipped cream on the side. Read more in Paris: Coffee Guide. Read more
Best hot chocolate in the world, and the best millefeuille ever. Best secret is that you can get hot chocolate for take-away. Take yours to les Tuileries (super close) and enjoy!
Pop into this very historic café/restaurant for two things: a 'Mont Blanc' chesnut pastry and their Africain hot chocolate. You'll leave very satisfied and very happy.
The milllefeuille is the best..the limited editions of mont black with hazelnut was much better than the classic one. The chocolatetart and the africana are good.
You muuuust to try the hot chocolate. Is so thick and rich!!! Feels almost like a dessert not a drink. They also bring you whipped cream (mix it and if you want it less thick).
Yes, they absolutely have the best hot chocolate that you’ll ever taste, it’s divine! I love having breakfast here, the macrons and the croque monsieur are a must!
