Must try the Internet wired light bag trolley , just enter flight number , have hrs fun , checking news, surfing the net. If only it could also pour me a drink or charge my iPhone

A modern airport with beautiful architecture but the lack of seats is annoying. Also all fast foods and restaurants are closed at 10pm except a chinese noddle restaurant which is your only choice!

Muslim food available here at level 1 at international gate, near gate A and next to manning. Price is slightly higher than outside but it is expected. All kind of noodles available.

The new Terminal 2 is way better, more organised and at least some better food options for expats including a Starbucks after check in

Blackberry service is not as free as those south east asia and latin america country,,if u arrived midnight, dont use the car taxi.. use official taxi!queue a bit longer but worth.

For T1 arrivals, drive into P5 parking lot and tell your guests to walk south past the taxis and down the covered walkway
MK ChanOctober 25, 2018Domestic terminal is 1 and international terminal is 2. Terminal 2 has recently opened, very clean. The airport location is quite far from central business area, needs approx. one hour.
When i came here then I went by TAXI. The driver very bad person, he send me to the hotel near Haizhu square by his METER and CHARGE plus 50% from￥125+￥15(high way)+￥95=￥235😤😤

The domestic to international transfer ride is exhilarating, don't miss it. Choose the seat on the last row for optimal experiences.
ReemSeptember 28, 2018check in and security pass is slow and exhausted due to lack of information given in other languages. Check ur terminal before u arrived as most taxis and drivers are not familiar with. Very clean tho

Departure Hall much better services and variety than Shanghai Pudong, but not as good as Hong Kong.- Don’t bother trying to eat at this airport. Terrible selection. Go across the street outside the departures hall to the Pullman Hotel and eat at the bar. They have good food and comfortable seating.

If you are traveling international on A gates, keep track of time. There is an ID check first followed by security followed by immigration. Three different times to queue up. Manage your time wisely
Rich CookNovember 14, 2016I'm stuck in Guangzhou airport and found that the coffee shop has free wifi. I use my VPN through Vietnam and bingo I have Facebook google etc. They also have power outlets for my laptop.

Though you'll get off the plane onto a jetway connected to the terminal, you'll instead be taken down the stairs onto the tarmac to wait for a bus?!
Ron MarMay 11, 2018Don't even try getting on facebook or any other social media at this airport. You won't get anywhere... There are Wi-Fi kiosk where you can scan your passport but it is useless.
The new terminal is very nice and they have Harley Davidson boutique , top top top
