This local love is certainly worth the wait! Traditional brunch food cooked to perfection and a warm and fuzzy atmosphere. Go for the grilled cheddar corn bread if you haven’t tried it! Read more

Whiskey funnel sausage, spinach, mushroom scramble. +$1 for their famous toasted corn bread + pepper jelly; +$1 to opt for fruits instead of home fries

The area is a bit iffy because there is a homeless shelter of some sorts right out side of the cafe. The food is well worth the 30 min. wait. I would recommend the 3 egg omelets.

Always crowded, with a line out the door (and around the corner), Dottie's has lines every day of the week—regulars order from the specials board. Put your name down and grab coffee at Blue Bottle.

Another gem of a breakfast place in San Francisco! Ordered the zucchini and poached eggs special and it was delicious! Long lines over the weekend but definitely worth the wait.

Start with the chili-cheddar cornbread with jalepeno jelly. Then order off the blackboard: banana walnut French toast and the corn/fontina/avocado frittata. Delicious. Cute spot.

#govegan not hungry! What an amazing, retro little gem! American classic with a tasty twist! Loads of vegan options that could be customized off menu but do be sure to ask the waitress for her tip! 🌱

While the line is out of control the food makes it worth it. I would say get there early but it doesn't make a difference. Go straight to the specials and make sure to get the corn bread!

Come for the pancakes, get at least two, and drown them in the delicious maple syrup... I mean, when they give you that much maple syrup in a little milk jug, you just need to over indulge!

Guy thought that the cornbread and jalapeno jelly made a perfect combo and he appreciated the flavorful buttermilk dill bread. The veggie chili was appreciated for its complex flavors. Read more

After a one hour waiting, I had the blueberry cornmeal pancakes and latte as a drink. Both were good and worth the waiting. The scrambled eggs were good too. Nice staff and I loved their mason jars!

Lamb merguez omelette and whiskey fennel scramble are my favourites. Be sure to get the jalapeno jelly with cornbread. Check the specials on the board before you are seated, they won't be on the menu.

The popular item seem to be scrambled eggs with smoked whiskey-fennel sausage. The cornbread was the highlight but you need to order the jalapeño jelly ($1) to go with it. Best blueberry pancake!

Very good breakfast ! They open at 7.30 am, make sure you arrive here before 7.45/8am because you might wait a good 30/45 minutes in line, no kidding. Nice decoration, delicious food, good service !

Don't miss this. Arrive at 7:30a or earlier... but worth the wait if you arrive with a line (and expect it). Order off the board; get a muffin or drink while you wait! Staff busy but friendly.

SO not worth the wait. French toast was blah. Cinnamon roll was yummy. I think it's so popular b/c everything is homemade. My Mom can do better so maybe I'm a snob. Skip the line & order it to go.

Worth the wait! Allow a couple of hours if there are more than 10 people waiting outside. Neighborhood improving all the time but still sketchy part of 6th St so be warned if you're the nervous sort!

Side of sausage (pictured here) is a strong move. If you happen to order too much food (like me) ask for a to go box. Then give to someone in need, likely sitting outside the restaurant.
