- One of the few lounges at JFK where the printer in the business center actually works (who prints stuff any more, any way!). Also, has early preview of British accents.
- Costas LazaridesDecember 28, 2012In the older days, airport lounges had food. Very few still do. Here you'll find water, OJ straight out of a box, crackers, cheese and olives. Come prepared or eat outside before entering.
- jpli18August 2, 2014You can request the staff to make a cup noodle for you as the hot food (any good for that matter) is pretty sparse.
- Ferds FernandoJune 12, 2016Just be prepared to eat a full meal before going in... Only snacks, soup, fruits and beverages available..
- prima filiOctober 27, 2015Quiet enough, although it can get really crowded and it's hard to find anywhere to seat.
- Satrio BudionoDecember 11, 2016We're taking the last flight here, so it's ample and quiet. But this lounge is very basic. Don't expect it to be like asian airport lounge. Even LAX has better lounge.
- Leo DApril 15, 2013thank you *so* much to the kind people that posted the wifi password, just had an hour of skyping my girlfriend who i've just left behind in the US and am missing very much ^_^
- Daniel BellJuly 5, 2019Great improvement to the last lounge here, more spacious, better food options as well
- Rob WingfieldDecember 20, 2011Pre-flight dining & Elemis Spa are in the Terraces lounge the other side of reception. Pop over there if those interest you but go back to the tranquility of the First Class lounge afterwards!
- Raphael AmselliMay 3, 2014I can see that the wifi password hasn't changed on 6 months. So much so that my phones and laptop remembered it :-) just sit back relax and enjoy a good drink. On that note...
- @JaumePrimeroAugust 30, 2013Grab a leather seat over in front of the flatscreen LED. They all have plugs and tables.
- Adam PalmerDecember 16, 2014Always slightly disappointing as the food selection is so poor - you would hope for more from NYC's main hub airport. Still, they have showers which is always a nice feature.
- Taking a sleeper flight? When you go to get your dinner pick up the dessert first, the best option always seem to disappear by the time you're ready to get it.
- Dominic CampbellJune 17, 2013Kinda lame especially compared to places like London. Real food for business class passengers only. The rest of us get cookies and apples.
- Philipp BusscheSeptember 2, 2013Nicer than the first galleries. They have awesome cookies and chocolate jars in the club lounge.
- Keyvan AzamiMay 20, 2013The BA iPhone app gives you the lounge password. It is Budapest at the moment but it changes from time to time.
- Cynthia LinApril 17, 2019Larger than the Alaska lounge right next door, but definitely older facilities. The dining room buffet is so so.
- Nelson ZhaoAugust 14, 2016Probably I've come too late but really there wasn't much to eat. And they ran out of bananas! Some good cans of bears/soft drink though.
- Self serve bar.. As if it couldn't get any better, self serve bloody mary bar. Always love this lounge.
- Guy ChenApril 6, 2013Enough room and nice decor but the food selection is very poor compared to the Heathrow BA lounge. But better then the one at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam
- Roberto Sanchez SimonAugust 14, 2011BA passengers have many benefits not avaliables for other companies such as Iberia . In headlines, great stay at this lounge but many differences amongst airlines...
- Akshay PatilOctober 1, 2012Oh hey, while you're waiting for your flight, why not treat yourself to a little Glenlivet 15 yr?
- Victoria ClevenJune 27, 2013Want a glass of bubbly? Then you have to ask for it, it's not in the bar area like the other alcoholic beverages.
- Matthew ThompsonFebruary 25, 2012Ignore tips about wifi. The password changes daily and is well signed on arrival and inside the lounge.
- Jen Pollack BiancoNovember 15, 2011Check out the seasonal fare in the Terraces lounge, and note the Jeff Koons in the Ladies Room
- Heather StobbartDecember 13, 2011Get a free 15min massage @ The Elemis Spa if you ask at the main lounge reception!
- Gaelle NormandMarch 27, 2012Elemis spa and pre-flight supper restaurant for club world travelers and gold members
- Kind of shoddy how they advertise meals but then refuse access if you're gold club not traveling in business. Don't say there's a meal if there's not.
- OMGICUApril 20, 2011'ello! You might want to keep an eye out for R&B semistar Craig David, who has been seen here on a Tuesday. Why is Tuesday important? Because you know what Craig David does Wednesday. Awwww yeah
- Martin C.November 20, 2011Give the First lounge a miss, it's dire, and head for the Terraces lounge. The wifi tonight is slower than ever
- Benjamin SzwedaAugust 7, 2014Look for outlets in the ground under flaps the same colour as the carpet.
- Maya FrommerJanuary 18, 2015Okay OneWorld...I'll just get on the plane with wet hair instead of risk this medieval fire torture device
- Bryan MNovember 4, 2014Better than it used tp be a while back, food has improved, but then again it couldn't have been worse.
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.November 11, 2014The supper service prior to the overnight flights to London was lacking something good.
- JoeSeptember 25, 2011Before you eat or get yourself a drink walk straight ahead and check out the Elemis travel spa.
- The bar selection is good the food is so so. Cheese and biscuits and figure sandwiches is about it.
