- One of, if not the best "major" city airports. 10 minutes from downtown. Fast & efficient security lines. Short-term parking at terminal & even long-term only 5 minutes by bus. And everyone's friendlyUpvoted 2 weeks ago
- Way BenjaminApril 17, 2018Clean and efficient airport. Orderly and courteous staff to help you if you have any questions. Separate pick-up and drop-off lanes make everyone happy to see their loved ones.Upvoted Feb 13
- Lauren McGregor DownsOctober 9, 2013I really love this airport. It's always clean, easy to navigate, has lots of charging/workstations, and great places to eat. :)Upvoted 1 week ago
- Sandee IsaacsonMay 5, 2018Great city to visit lots of wonderful things to do and your close to all the Amazing National Parks.Upvoted Feb 17
- Very nice Airport! Lots of great views of the mountains, Downtown SLC, airplanes, & of course the Great Salt Lake (while flying in). Great restaurants, and souvenirs shops.
- Awesome airport. Great scenic views of the mountains, easy in and out, solid food selections.
- Eliza WeeksMay 15, 2017Fabulous views of the Colorado Rockies! and the food is the cheapest of any airport.
- 👍🏼👍🏼 This is a great airport. Clean areas. Friendly people. Easy to navigate. Great food. 👍🏼👍🏼Upvoted Feb 20
- For good food and drinks, be sure to check out High West Distillery & Saloon in the E gates. They are a local distillery out of Park City. Their service is also always on point!
- New layout.. B Gates took 25 min to walk to from terminal. Failure of design. New, clean, but very very long walks await you... F !
- Easy to get around, just read the signs. Beautiful view of the mountains!
- Wonderfully modern with plenty of windows to bring in light. Go to White Horse for a top notch airport dining experience. And if you have access, the Delta Sky Club is one of the best in the world.
- If you have time, get a cocktail at Cat Cora's in B Gate. I had some delicious pear grapefruit thing, very refreshing!
- This is a fantastic airport - on site rental car pick up makes for quick departure and return. Market Street Grill is always good if you have time, otherwise check out Smashburger
- Excellent, easy to navigate hub (DL) that is rarely, if ever, weather delayed. I've noticed several excellent new shops and eateries, especially on/near concourse D.
- Bring your walking shoes and be prepared to walk 5 miles to your gate. 🥵
- Great place to stop over. Lots of good eats. Not fond of the pub in Terminal E, but everywhere else had been fab.
- B Gates are WAY too long of a walk. Big mistake with new airport design. That underground cave makes this airport a pain.
- The walk to the B gates is especially long from security since the remodel. Wear your comfy walking shoes and give yourself plenty of time!
- The airport is newer and nice and unless it is crowded, the security line experience is above avg. The problem here, is it you may find yourself running if you fly in or out of the B terminals.B=bad
- Dylan MontzMay 22, 2018Leave with plenty of time to spare. Exits can be confusing and fast paced to navigate. Traffic can have a huge impact on when you actually manage to get in as well.
- Marie-Aude PreauSeptember 4, 2014Great airport. Not at all frustrating to get around. There are sitting areas and tables everywhere and in between gates. It makes it being in an airport relaxing, and a human experience. Very pleasant
- Wilson Favre-DelerueFebruary 13, 2017Decent middle sized airport acting as a good gateway to neighbouring ski resorts. Tram to SLC city centre (USD 2.50) is an added benefit.
- Love that there are filtered water stations easily accessible throughout the airport
- If you have a bit of time - Head to Cat Cora's kitchen in Terminal B! This celebrity chef provides an awesome selection on non traditional airport food!
- Hisham ♍️September 5, 2023Absolutely love this airport. Can’t believe how much it’s changed within the last few years. Clean, quick and always great service.
- If you're going to be there a while and want to get some work done, the food court next to the terminal 1 security screening area is a great place. Lots of outlets, good seating and a strong wifi.
- SaraOctober 2, 2023The most inefficient international airport in the world. It’s amazing that it’s new and they think it was acceptable to open without a tram.
- Great airport renovation...clean with some good dining options! Pick up a bottle of wine at Catcora's and enjoy with a beautiful view of the mountains.
- The food options here are actually pretty awesome! Cafe Rio is my favorite! Download the app, Gate Guru, to find all of the good eats/shops here.
- Gregg PullanoMay 26, 2019Terminal 1 isn’t anything to really write home about. Pretty basic floor plan and amenities. I suspect the Delta Terminal is better. The best asset? Definitely the TRAX green line to downtown SLC
- Aaron SchwenAugust 14, 2021Huge airport! Really nice. Had no clue it was this big! Shake shack. Johnson & Murphy. Uintas brewery. Lots of great shops and places to kill some time.
- Chris JonesNovember 28, 2014Nice airport with great views. Missing two things that I have come to rely on, a place for the kids to burn off some energy, and a place to recharge various devices.
- Jes TermanSeptember 13, 2014Squatters pub is a great stop, lots of food options including breakfast. They have a great beer selection. Keep in mind they dont start serving food and beer till 8am.
- Clean, always on time and now they even have a Squatters brew pub! Undergoing some construction (just like everything else in Utah) but they're doing the construction work at night. So not too bad.
- Paul CunninghamSeptember 5, 2016Nice airport. Great food options. Squatters has excellent beer. High west bourbon. Cafe Rio burritos.
- Monica Torresi MathisJanuary 9, 2022One of the nicest airports I’ve been to. Security check is like no other with high tech buckets for your belonging. and friendly staff. Lots of food options.
- Leave yourself a LOT of walking time; my gates were 3/4 of a mile apart. I hope better people movers are part of the next expansion. Not all travellers are young and can walk that kind of distance.
- c fJuly 5, 2013Squatters! Giving me a positive view of Utah... From the airport. Local stuff, sustainable ingredients, comfortable atmosphere. Get the local beer in bottles for the full experience.
- So much construction right now - hard to get in/out of airport. But when construction is done, I think expansion will be well worth it!
- Tip for parents with a layover: now that all three play areas are gone, hang out in the secluded niche at the top of terminal D instead. It's to the right of CatCora's. quiet, bathrooms near.
- Very efficient and clean airport. Their Delta Sky Club is among the best in the business.
- This airport has really stepped up their food game. The C terminal has Salt Lake Pizza and Pinkberry! Plus Cafe Rio is right around the corner and they serve breakfast burritos for the early flights!
- Wendy PriceDecember 3, 2014I think the sidewalk things are getting faster. Our I'm getting slow. Either way...fun! Everything flies well here. A lot of massage stations now. Cool. Nice airport.
- Be ready to walk. The new airport requires a hike of at least a half mile between flights. There’s no train and only a few moving sidewalks.
- Amy CummingsFebruary 6, 2019If you’re coming from the east coast, sit on the left side of the plane for a great view of the mountains as you land.
