Very disappointing car buying. Make sure you truly get to drive the vehicle, even if they just want you to go around the block. Check the online price.... Usually several thousand less.

Always make sure your oil drain plug is tight and gasket is installed. They didn't twice on my two vehicles .. And forgot to tighten two lug nuts.. One of which flew off and scratched up the rim.

They don't add on the way overpriced "package" of VIN etching, undercoating, & pinstriping - F&I guy told me they refuse to 'cause those pkgs r a ripoff to customers!!!!
