Beautiful community greenery and surrounded by Hypermarket as well as restaurant and coffee shop lovely place to stay for peace of mind- Faisal IsrarAugust 14, 2012Great community to live in, just few minutes walk to Spinneys and many good restaurants. Very green and lots of swimming pools. Nice quiet community.
- The area is rich with restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets! Very convenient for residents. It also has several entertainment venues such as the karting arena and the laser tag maze!
- One of the recommended places to live in Dubai! Combines the elegant buildings & villas along with a fair amount of greenery!
It is one of the best communities in Dubai, Quite and green, However they should overcome mosquito problem biologically instead of this chemical insecticide that they spread out everywhere

Everybody seems to be out of luck to find parking at local Spinneys. Please try underground parking - lots of space, lift takes you next to the mall entrance. No queues, no time wasting
Parking is very inconvenient for a huge supermarket like spinneys. Otherwise this is the best community around dubai.
Prices are goin up in a crazy way.... Two bedroom is 105000aed!!! WTH
