Love their roasted milk tea! But be aware that their black pearls do run out at times. We've had that problem a few times now.

When I was there it was a pleasant time. Not overcrowded. Our party of three was happy with the experience.

Had to repeat my order 5x when i came 1.5 mos ago since the crew kept on punching the wrong order & add ons. Glad to know they have improved. However, the service is still slow. 😑

It's a popular place apparently and thus overcrowded. The selection of toppungs is kind of small compared to ither places.

Find an alternative place for bubble tea! Quality deteriorated drastically! Tea tastes watered down with way too much sugar when I asked for 30% & texture of pearls hard to chew here! :(
