A beautiful clean park with trimmed hedges and trees, there's not many flowers though. The grass is a bit hard when you sit on it without a picnic mat. Check out the green house too!

Lovely for a morning / afternoon stroll. Does get busy at peak hours but only ¥200 so decent value.
