Sampling baguettes for Banh Mi had to be the most fun they’ve had so far...🥖 And shoutout to Alex Heitkemper for the cutting board! He’s also making them a custom tabletop for their booth!!
- Try the banh mi, the bubble tea, the Vietnamese tea/coffee, the 12-hour broth pho, and the noodle/rice bowl! The spring rolls and egg rolls look great too!
