Good place for lovebirds. Come at night to watch the sparkling of Eiffel Tower, it happens every hour. Crowds of tourists at daytime.

It is free to visit and you can take some marvellous shots of the eiffel tower, do not forget to take some time to visit it, is a must when you visit Paris

Go to the crêperie stall at the bottom of the gardens, just adjacent to the river. Enjoy a crêpe complet (ham, egg and cheese pancake), with a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

If it's too crowded, there are some nice benches to the side of the trocadero where one can pull over for a quiet picnic or break.

If you're looking to take a photo of the Eiffel Tower, take a walk on the other side of the tower along the Seine. You'll get a photo by the water instead (without tourists!)
