Modern luxury hotel, relaxing atmosphere and great Location.the hotel staff are super friendly.There are 6 restaurants but since it was opened last sunday there is only one working.Highly recommend it

The rooms are modern and the furniture is brand new and everything in the mini bar is free of charge. The staff are very friendly, theyre still in their soft opening.

Le Bijou Cafe's atmosphere is perfect for a day with your loved ones (whether outside or inside) Chicken Vol Au Vent and Croque Madame. Desserts, Tiramisu wins. They have tons of pastry selections❤️

My love SPA in riyadh "resense" kempinski hotel is the only hotel in riyadh had an out door pool for ladies. Always give an excellent service in booth hotel and SPA

Nice place in Riyadh..but to tell the truth it's way below my expectation for such a famous hotel!! It has many resturants and coffee lounges..2 with open areas..I really liked (La beigou) terrace💕

For me, it the best in Rio, you don't feel isolated, it's a very lively place , and the ladies pool area is sooooo comfy coz of the spoil services tgey provide you there!✌🏿️❤️

3rd floor restaurant : quiet place ,not crowded and efficient service which make it the perfect place for business meetings, but the food choices were limited.

Lovely outdoor seating, I'd probably opt to go on day's other than weekends to avoid the crowd and get better tables, get there early for the blankets ❄️❄️

Wasn't impressed by the hotel, but the residence is beautiful. Been to the eveline lounge on the 64th floor for private events (not open to the public). elegant, sophisticated, amazing view of Riyadh.

The customer service is amazing & top notch. Special thanks to Kumar for always making my “unique” smoothies. The staff remember you & which is nice when you spend most of your week living at a hotel!

One of the best check-in experiences I've ever had - and a wonder room to melt into after a long trip. Good and friendly staff, amazing place and good coffee. It's classy 😍

We take our dinner in Turkish restaurant at 4th floor was amazing open buffet with especial surface from special gays Mr.Mark who take care of us.😍

Breakfast buffet area is cozy and quiet. Nothing outstanding about the food selection. Highlights: fresh berries, pancake and omelette stations. Very polite and helpful staff.

Luxury, top notch service, great location & very attentive staff. The hotel is flawless from lobby to rooms & everything in between. If you're in Riyadh and you have deep pockets, you gotta stay here.

4th floor Cigar Lounge has a nice view and tasty coffee and sweets. I would recommend going there if you look for peace, quiet and romantic vibe.

The place is nice but the service is really bad, no one cares to the customers and even when people point that out they ignore the guests. They don't refill food in the buffet for a long time.

Amazing breakfast and great service. The waiters make you feel at home. They are caring and so friendly. Big shouts to Usman at mezzanine - who made our stay in Burj Rafal enjoyable.

It was a nice quiet place. I stayed in a junior suite for a weekend to finish work and I liked it. Their in room riding is OK.

Room View was amazing and room service is great, dine in the hotel is overpriced as well as the cafe. Waiter usman in the restaurant was really helpful and all smiley
