A new concept closer to Curves Gym, 30 mns, each round is 3 mns. It's the best way to shake off the work stress, punching bags and pushing you're stamina to its limit !! Gr8 staff and owner ! 10/10

احلى شي في هذا النادي يكسر روتين الاندية العادية ، ٩ تمارين تخلصها في ٣٠ دقيقة ، التمارين هذي تشمل كل اجزاء الجسم ، مشترك فيه لأصلح ما افسدته الشاورما

فكرة الجيم عبارة عن ٩ جولات في نصف ساعة. ٣ دقائق لكل تمرين و ٣٠ ثانية تمرين خفيف مشترك قبل التغيير بين الجولات. و ٢مدرب لكل الجولات.Johny مدرب جيد. مساحة الفرع صغيرة. بعض الاوقات الانتظار يكون عالي.
