Dan SteinbergOctober 13, 2013See that glass container in front of you with whitish stuff inside? That's crushed garlic. I suggest you heap a few spoonfuls into your ramen to enhance the flavor.
Definitely my favorite ramen in LA. Try the spicy miso ramen. The coleslaw salad is good too.

Tsukamen finally served at the Sawtelle location. Do yourself a favor and get it here. Tsujita is down the street and doesn't compare.

Don't get the tsukemen. It's just regular ramen broth with nothing in it but a sauce that gives it a "sharper flavor." Tsujita's destroys this.
