Stumptown spent $1m to build this flagship store, only its 8th in the country. Check out the brew bar where you can choose your choice of AeroPress, Bee House, Chemex, French press, siphon and V60. Read more
Incredible selection of sweets and pastries, better than any other coffee house. They have stuff from Lafayette and Momofuku MilkBar as well as some amazing brownies.
I come for their single origin pour overs (at the bar) and to buy freshly roasted beans. Don't be intimidated by the options, they love teaching more about coffee
Favorite place to get an iced coffee! Staff is friendly, interior looks nice and there's wifi. Location is great too, with a lovely terrace and near Washington Square Park.
Great Great Great coffee. Friendly staff, good deco and music, delicious coffee. Nothing interesting to eat and a bit pricey, but worth it here and there.
Coffee bar on a Sunday AM - single origin beans and a conversation with the barista to discuss what's new and delicious. Make time for coffee prep & enjoying. No milk drinks on this side of stumptown.
The wide range of coffee is obviously rock solid. No surprise. What is surprising is how good of a place it is do emails and the occasional spreadsheet. Assuming you come in early. Seats fill up fast.
If you like your coffee without warm milk, head to the brew bar in the back, where you can pick from an extensive list of beans, as well as brew methods such as Chemex, V60, AeroPress, siphon, etc.
The no-seat brew bar in the back of the shop has a separate entrance on MacDougal St. This is where they hold daily 2pm tastings in addition to creating pourover drinks and pulling single origin shots
Fast service and quality coffee. The decor is very cozy and inviting, but if the weather allows it, order to go and sip it down at Washington Square Park, just down the street.
Best coffee place in the city. All their coffee comes fresh from their Brooklyn roastery. Awesome surroundings, superb barristas. The most passionate coffee peeps in Manhattan. Get pumped!
This location is like hanging out in an old library (my friends actually mentioned it was a former book store). There's seating outside, great spot to enjoy their cold brew on nitro.
Between the decor, music, and forced old-timey garb, this flagship store ends up feeling a bit like a set on sleep no more. If you hear loud techno music...head that direction.
Absolutely love this coffee shop. The coffee is fresh and the ambience is perfect to get some work done. Free wifi. The standing bar at the back offers tastings at 2pm.
It's sad in a way that this shop has wifi, because the way the seating is set up, it's more suited for hanging out with a friend. As it is, they do have wifi, but the 10 or so two-seaters fill up fast
One of the best macchiatos (and croissants in the city). Cute location tucked away in a side street but a stone's throw from the W4th street station and the East Side.
When visiting Portland, this is a must-see. If you enjoy coffee, this is the place to go. It's difficult to miss because there are so many spots. The coffee was excellent.
At 9:30am on a Sunday morning, this might be my favorite place in the city. Grab an Iced Latte, a CheddarScone and the newspaper of your choice and ease into the weekend.
SUCH a beautiful location - and it's nice and quiet too. There's a surprising amount of seating, plus outlets and good wifi. The cold brew is out of this world.
the outdoor seating is great right off the park and cold brew is delightful. limited seating inside, so best to grab to go and wander the neighborhood.
I swear by their Hair Bender espresso blend for my home espresso machine (gaggia classic) and their loyalty card program. Always get the cherry megpie.
SUCH a beautiful location - and it's nice and quiet too. There's a surprising amount of seating, outlets and good wifi. The cold brew is out of this world.
So much better than the one in ACE hotel. Cozy and spacious with good number of seats. Amazing espresso drinks. The back bar is for the coffee experts!!
Cappuccino is amazing. It is also a great place to bring a laptop and do some work, but finding an empty seat is usually difficult. They have free wifi.
Free wifi, outdoor seating, not enough indoor seating, laptop friendly, spacious and well lot interior, near Astor place station and w14th and 4th or 6th line, no visible plugs
Line can get pretty long, but they get you through pretty quickly. If you haven't, try the Nitro Cold Brew. Similar to nitro beers, and it creates a velvety texture.
The new NYC flagship location is beautiful and expansive (but no sign outside), offering seating and a separate dedicated brew bar in the back; they also accept credit card
Want to fully nerd out? They'll prepare any of their coffees on your choice of gadget—Bee House ceramic dripper? Italian-style Moka pot? If you can dream it, you can drink it. Read more

If you’re lucky enough to snatch a seat here, it’s absolutely worth it to stick around for a little while and take in the beauty of this place and the aroma of their hot beverages.
