Akira KJanuary 8, 2023Conveniently located San Jose downtown. Room was clean and cozy even the building itself was shabby. You have to bear airplane landing/take-off noise at San Jose Airport.
Breakfast is very understaffed. Three days in a row (one of them being a Saturday) things were empty with more than an hour left in the breakfast hours. Their response 'we are done for today'.
Renee FFebruary 1, 2013Breakfast is good and free. Staff needs to divide time between the front desk and the bar, though. They do have a microwave to heat up food in the lobby and the rooms have fridges.
