Great beer list and amazing food. Try the bone marrow, schnitzel sandwich, cauliflower salad and BLT. Love the outdoor seating too. Fun casual vibe and late night food - kitchen open until 1 AM.

The renovated space is stunning, open and modern, a perfect setting for Jasinski's interesting, upscale tavern cuisine -- everything from sausages to grilled-cheese sandwiches and poutines. Read more

Everything was unique and tastey! Chips, Schnitzel, Sausages, dessert. OMG. And the cocktails = superb. And rare beers like Celebrator Doppelbock. Don't miss this place.

One of my best solo meals in recent memory. Bone marrow, chips and dip (they do half orders), kielbasa, and poutine (also do half orders) make for an extraordinary dinner. Do not miss.

Get anything & everything. Sausage sampler. Pig ear pad Thai. Chips & dip. Marrow bone. Pork chop. Duck poutine. All wonderful. Ate here 2 nights in a row.

Unbelievably great meal. I've had better bone marrow, but the fried cheddar curds and pork belly ramen were ah-ma-zing.

The friend green tomato caprese was delicious! And my last minute swap from fries to corn as a side was a good one because that was the best corn I've ever had in my life!

Food is amazing... Friend and I tried the 10% beer (name slips my memory) but thought the drink prices were very reasonable! Great ambiance and also amazing location. Staff is also very helpful

For anyone who appreciates an impressive beer list and fun food, this is the place. The music here is always great and Euclid is open late. What's not to love? [Eater 38 Member] Read more

The beer selection on tap is excellent. Beef bone marrow appetizer is on point. "Fowl Play" duck poutine with foie is ridiculous. Go for it.

Everything is good. You cannot go wrong. You are also able to explore very innovative selection of foods you don't see on the menu very often (bone marrow, duck confit, pig ear pad Thai etc...).

Pig ears were to die for! Husband said bone marrow was meh. The mussels were meh too. The pork and cactus fries were pretty good too. P.S. Cactus fries taste like fried okra.

Sounds simple but the chips & dip are amazing! Their beer list is extensive but I prefer the How to Make a Red Eye cocktail.

Never had a bad thing from here. Fantastic service & spectacular food. The roasted cauliflower salad is a must! The servers are very knowledgeable. It is a great place for 5280 Restaurant Week!

Had a poutine special that was really tasty (pork cheek with a sort of Mexican style salsa verde), the sausage platter, and the house pickle assortment - not to mention great beer selection. Like!

Their bone barrow is fatty and delicious. It can get pretty crowed but the upstairs bar is a nice place to have a couple drinks before heading out on Market street.

This place is hopping on a Friday night. We had excellent service and good food. The place specializes in beer cocktails, definitely worth a try as they are different and quite tasty!

I had Elevation Beer Co. 8 Second Kölsch. Light, yet flavorful beer. My husband had Telluride Brewing Co. Face Down Brown, a dark Guinessy like beer. We shared the chicken & waffles. It was alright.

walk in and immediately feel a wave of snottiness! No resatns for parties under 7 so if you walk in with 6.you must be out by a certain time! It is a beer bar and not a wine bar introduced by waiter!

Hearty American comfort food. Try the chicken and waffles. And don't miss the sausages, especially the kielbasa. Entrees $9.50-17.50; small plates $4-16. "More Info" for review: Read more

Euclid Hall has this jalapeno martini drink that's off menu. They're pretty pricey, about $12 a pop but so delicious I can help but knock 2 or 3 back. Dangerous.

The best food in Denver. German-inspired cuisine: sausages, brats, poutines and beer! The sausage-burger is one of the finest (non-beer) things we've ever put in our mouths.

Look for Ryan @denverbartender behind the bar. Do try the duck poutines, they've tweaked their food and drink menu. All their signature drinks are amazing, but Maudie's Melons is my fav!

This place was excellent! Mmmmmmarrow! The kolsch on tap was really good, too. Their take on pad Thai with pig ears was genius.
