Kevin LokaisinghFebruary 24, 2014A very small corner of the hotel at Monte Carlo houses this tasty restaurant. I tried the Lemon Shrimp roll and it was incredible. A mix of crunchy with the tempura, tangy lemon, and creamy cheese.

Great food, if you're ordering more than two dishes don't let them seat you on the table for 2 or it'll get crowded fast.

Express lunch is big - soup, spring roll, entree and fortune cookie for under 9. Tasty and great value on the strip. Plus dim sum (yum).
