EaterMarch 28, 2013Ask for Roger Gillespie to shake up your drinks. Let him go off the menu with cocktails such as the Cross Stitch with a 12-year rum, whiskey, Benedictine and set on fire at the end.
This is the best cocktail bar on the strip, hands down. The pink one is called The Seger and is not as sweet as it looks. :) The Mayan has got spicy chili powder added that sneaks up on you! Both are excellent choices! Only at the Vesper @The Cosmopolitan.
Vesper is stocked with awesome spirits. New Tequila—Oprah's Fav—Casa Dragones, is carried here. It's top dollar, but well worth it, some of the smoothest stuff you'll ever try.

A friend turned me on to 'The Mayan,' a great cocktail which isn't on the menu, but well worth asking for.
Best Moscow Mule! Hands down. It's not served in a copper mug, but it don't matter.
