Difficult to find lot parking after 9pm. Also, it's near a fire station; constant sirens. If you like to sleep in silence it's probably not for you. They also have furnished apts for rent. $100/night.
The floors are paper thin. And the leasing office associates lie and talk to other residents about your information.
Office staff is super nice and the maintenance guys are quick and responsive.
