The beer list is quite intimidating (it as long as some wine lists) but the friendly bartender will help you out. The Car Bombs are a must and the pig’s head intrigues us. Next time.

Part butcher shop, part bar, part beer store—all man cave. The meat-centric fare from chef Preston Clark is top notch, and the brew selection is one of the most unique (if pricey) in the city. Read more

The pig head...unreal. Actually better value than the small items. Lamb tartare amazing! So so good and a unique experience. Beer selection is huge and waiters know their stuff.

The big dishes are for sharing so if you're on your own I'd go for the morcilla sausage and the shaved Brussels sprouts. If you have room do the Radler ice cream, marmalade and life cereal dessert!

Honestly too expensive. Pigs in a blanket $11 with 5 pieces.... “Not Sorry” drink is the best. The decor is beautiful. You need reservations for big parties.

450 beers to pair with what The Cannibal does really well: meat. Grab a spot at the butcher counter or head outside in the back when the weather is nice. Pay with Cover and skip waiting for the check!

Had the cheese platter and salumi platter to start and the crown jewel of course was the roasted pig head. I opted for the special that day which was a churizo rub roasted pig head. AMAZING

Grab a seat at the bar and test the bartenders' encyclopedic knowledge of beer. Don't hesitate to pick a beer yourself out of the fridges at the front if you're feeling adventurous / impatient.

I found some beef tendon stuck to my iPhone case after I left. And I ate it. Remember to take those marrow bones with you for soups and stocks and stuff. This place is so, so good

Do it for the bone marrow. Also great chicken liver pate. Super cool, laid back spot. Outdoor garden is great in summer. One of the few spots you can get a full pig roast.

The bone marrow is amazing. Didn’t get to try the recommendation of doing a whiskey shot with the carved bone but will try next time. Cocktails are solid but not overly interesting.

The Cannibal makes their sausages on-premises. Definitely try the thai sausage and smoked kielbasa. The lamb tartare and bone marrow might be the best I've ever had. Lamb belly is A+.

The radishes with pork butter (yes, pork butter) are divine. And the Marrow is delish. Don't forget to wash it all down with a beer (ask for suggestions) and a Liddabit caramel.
