Nice store, but not sure about Apple's service model. They force you to go to the store for everything and can't help half of the time. The waits are ridiculous, even with an appointment.
Walk-ins welcome? No. If you're buying something a "genius" will be happy to help you. Otherwise, don't show up without making an appointment online first.
The personal checkout using the iPhone & iOS Apple Store app is phenomenal. Scan anything in the store & pay using your iTunes account, holy crap guys, it's officially the future.
The Genius Bar had 1 person. It was an hour before closing & they wouldn't help. Who else is coming? in DC where the stores are packed always, I still receive service, this was unacceptable.
