When building your PC, come here after checking online, sometimes its comparably priced with the POM of an easy return if something isn't working
Watched a sales guy lie to a customer about Apple iPads. I corrected him and he got quiet. Don't LIE to your customers!!
Rather quiet at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. If you know what you need, you could be outta here in 5 minutes.
Fry's, where you don't have to be a rocket scientist and the employees scatter like roaches at the sight of a customer
Prepare to want to self-immolate from the second you arrive until about 4 hours after visiting.
You don't need to stop and show them receipt and what you bought. They can't do anything to you if you refuse. I just hold up my receipt and what I bought in my hands as I walk out.

Common sense tells u to research before u buy anything. You should never assume employees know what they're talking about. On that note, I've talked to.numerous employees who knew their stuff. Always
Bring a buddy who knows computers. Knowledgeable employees are hit-n-miss.
Sam RiojasJune 24, 2013Store is disappointing, dirty, shelves are empty, and no one seems to want to help customers. Great place for grab and go, if its on the shelf.
If you know what you are talking about, go talk down to the computer dept employees. Its good for them to get a taste of their own medicine.

Will Uhlig in the computer Dept is not customer service oriented, smug, and doesn't care if anyone buys anything. Part of the long term Fry's problem in Austin.

Be sure to the print on the entrance of the store..a Clear rep NOT a Fry's employee made sure to let it be known there is "no photography in Fry's stores"....what the hell?'
Getting really bad for being out of stock. Fed up of wasted journeys, ill be ordering online a lot more.
