Cont., shopping. The staff is very friendly and the pool is on top floor of hotel along with a roof top view. We stayed in room 640 which is right in front of the elevator and never heard any noise,

But I have to say, the concierge named Wallace is a very good concierge. He is friendly and helpful and saved us from many long lines at the sight-seeing activities we went to! He gets 5 stars!

Paid $109.00 online through Priceline and thought this hotel was worth the money. When staying at other hotels, the valet or self parking is outrageous for one night while staying at......

I've been to Chicago several times. The service, affordability, and location of Best Western RN beat several other lodging options HANDS DOWN.

Cont., from it or hallway. If u want to drown out some noise, turn the air fan unit on. This is not the Ritz Hotel but I would stay here again as I think it is worth the money and I'm picky when it

The place is expensive to stay at- alll because of Location Location Location- cant resist the proximity to La Bean and Hancock center - and Free Parking. But some rooms feel like a closet! Blah!

Not the place you want if you really want to enjoy your room. Room is average. We like it though for the price and free parking. Id rather spend that $100 a night we saved and spend it on drinks!!

One of my favorite hotels in the city for sure. I've never had anything but a clean room, friendly service, free parking, and what a great location!

Cont., comes to a hotel. Walgreens, McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe and BP Station is all in walking distance. I would suggest this room which faces Ohio Street.

They have tickets for the Willis (Sears) Tower Skydeck for registered guests which are cheaper and will save you a bit of time by allowing you to bypass some lines.

The cleaning staff comes way too early in the morning (around 8am). Be sure to use the do not disturb sign.

Double check your receipt before you leave, I was charges for items never used or ordered. Not a user friendly building, especially for handicapped people. Over priced rooms for sure!!!

Don't stay at this hotel. The pool is nasty, smoke from the room next door comes in your room from the air vent, and the place is overall run-down and dirty. Free parking does not make this worth it.
