Awesome beer & wine sections. Amazing meat section most choices I've seen in any store & friendly helpful staff
What can I say? A little of everything. Just don't expect any help from the staff. They can mix some paint in the larger stores. Garden area is really good if you watch for prices.

Need anything? Fred Meyer is the best place in SE to get that tool, dish, plant, bedding, game, etc. you're looking for. Don't eat at their deli, not because it's bad, but you can do better than that.

It's a grocery store. Why are you looking at tips about a grocery store? Go buy your food.
Definitely not one-stop shopping as Fred Meyer advertises, since they are missing clothing, electronics and furniture. 2 floors is a bit annoying. However, the produce is better than any FM in town.
Check out the little glossy one-page flyer they print every week. About 6 coupons that are store-specific. There's usually one per week that saves a lot of moolah for me.

The pastry counter is fantastic. Try the chocolate cheesecake. Amazing!

- I still get lost, but it's starting to sink in. Donuts go on sale after 6pm. Got milk!
Try the Peets coffee lounge upstairs. They don't mind if you read the magazines.
The florists are nice, but picking out your own arrangement can be spendy. And ugly.
