- The water sprays are great to cool down on a hot day and a great view of the city plenty of pictures are taken here at day and night
- The nighttime view of the sky line is magnificent! (Great for photography) You can also have fun in the kids section. I'd definitely recommend this location for a first date.

- Live music during lunch time (11:30 - 1:00) on Tuesdays and Fridays in September. Will resume again in April.
- Running or biking on a hot day? Run, bike or just stick your head under the waterfall for an instant cool down!
- Great park to city watch, people watch, and take a stroll after dinner.
- If the city has any sense they'll turn 3rd, Church or one other edge of the park into a food truck lot. Seriously.
