Believe the tips about the kimchi ramen with ground pork. It's spicy, and thicker than your usual ramen broth, and Hector's Pup is it good!!!

The miso ramen is fantastic. The chicken flavor of the base stock is delicious! The noodles are aggressively al dente and great. The side of chili garlic oil propels the broth to the next level.

Pork bun is meh, the shrimp bun is pretty delicious. Definitely give the kale salad a go, it's not what you would expect and it's bomb. Quality ramen and wonderful specials (I had the pork bone ramen)

The pork bone broth is equal parts flavorful and light without losing any of the complexity you'd expect, and the noodles are perfectly al dente. Couldn't have asked for a better bowl of ramen.

What's good here? Everything. A ramen for every taste, always cooked to perfection. (I recommend the pork!) Be sure to slather the Chili Garlic Paste on whatever you get.

Yo, this ramen is spectacular, but first you need to order a Japanese IPA and snack on the spicy crispy Brussels sprouts. (And then get the miso ramen).

Kimchi Ramen: If you can't even take a little bit of heat, then it's not for you. If you can tolerate spicy, then you'd love it. And if you love spicy, then it isn't spicy enough, but you'd enjoy it.

Summer Special: Ramen Chilled Noodles is definitely the best choice when it's hot and humid out because it's light and refreshing; adding the mustard sauce just only adds to the flavor too!

First time eating ramen and I was sold! Got the kimchi ramen and really enjoyed it. Alil pricey but it's worth it. I really liked the Brussels sprouts with peanuts and jalapeño. It's to die for 😁

Literally EVERYTHING. For meat eaters, I highly recommend the ground pork as your protein option - adds a nice kick and is incredibly flavorful

Kale salad is out of this world, as are the wings. Cant go wrong with miso ramen with spicy pork and a bottle of sake. Be sure to get garlic chili sauce on the side.

I hate kale but I will gladly come back here for their kale salad alone. It's that good. The ramen was pretty good here too. Going solo, was able to snag a seat at bar right away

The kale salad is now one of my top fave dishes in all of New York. I was talking sh*t at first, thinking it would be a waste of space, and then I proceeded to eat my words...and the best salad ever!!

We got the pork bone and veggie miso and boy were amazing! We both would come back. I suggest the veggie miso only because the noodles were a bit thicker and the broth was like heaven

The veggie ramen houses springy noodles & flavorful miso with briny seaweed, sweet acorn squash, cabbage, bamboo shoots, green onion, & egg. It's just as satiating as one of the meatier counterparts.

Brainchild of former Morimoto chefs, the cash-only joint offers 4 types of ramen (miso, soy, veggie, and kimchi), plus a weekly special. There’s no way to go wrong, but the kimchi ramen can’t be beat.

It's all about the veggie miso. The broth is dense and delicious. Sometimes the veggie version feels a little lacking. This is the complete opposite. Make sure to include a soft boiled egg!

Best veggie ramen around. Pretty easy to get a seat if you're alone, get a drink at Weather Up across the street if you're waiting with a group. Yellow can sake is the best. Brussel Sprouts too!

I've eaten at nearly every ramen joint in NYC, Chuko is definitely top 5. Excellent chewy noodles, well-developed broth that is not overly salty, awesome lean pork. The miso is really excellent.

Chuko proved that ramen in Brooklyn competes with the best of 'em in Manhattan. Spicy pickles to start your meal off right, most unique kale salad in a long while, Kimchi ramen - just damn.

Some of the best ramen I've had in a long time! Great service too! Bit of trek from Manhattan but worth it. Get brussel sprouts, kale salad, mazemen, kimchi ramen, and don't forget the death sauce!

Nice bartender- Mark is knowledgeable abt how every dish is made. Wonderful kale salad & kimchi ramen(the special sticky garlic oil w chewy noodle) bone marrow broth is unique.

The vegetarian ramen is a must here, and comes with seasonal vegetables. The broth is so flavorful surprisingly better than the Tonkatsu. Love the thick chewy noodles.

Fantastic food all around, especially the kale salad and any of their ramen. But it’s 2015 and they are cash only (even with multiple iPad point of sale setups behind the bar) 🙁.

The brainchild of three Morimoto expats, it has been slinging some of the city's best ramen since their opening in 2011. The veggie broth is surprisingly flavorful, but the kimchi is the standout.
