Chris WestonJune 21, 2013If you don't want to pay to park, there is free parking just to the west, behind the kioskos (row of restaurants). You can then walk a little east down the beach.
CarmenMay 23, 2014This is a beautiful beach just outside of El Yunque National Forest overlooking the mountains. The ocean is much calmer than at the beaches of San Juan and Isla Verde. Luquillo has many beaches and all of them are great, but if you go to costa azul beach turn left and go to the end of the street you will find this little beautiful spot.!!! 🥰
