Food is awesome! Mexican Rice, Chili Con Carne, Sour Cream on the side is a winner. Only downside are the cloth seating ~ I left with 15 insect bits on my back and behind my legs. Itched like heck.
Here's a tip: try the Dessert of the Week the CAPIROTADA--a traditional Mexican bread pudding with nuts, dried fruit, and Monterrey Jack cheese topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and Cajeta
The Burrito was good. Not awesome, just good. It says 10" on the menu but what comes out is barely 6". The staff seem too busy minding their own affairs. To be fair, it's a soft opening.
If you're overwhelmed by the selection of sauces, I found 3 to be favorable: 1) Trappey's original, 2) Dr. Evil's, and 3) the Chihuahua jalapeño (I believe it's the one w/ Sam Jackson in Pulp Fiction)
