Today a ghost town, Ludlow was the site of a vicious skirmish between the Colorado National Guard and on-strike coal miners. The restored site includes a miners’ tent camp, storyboards and photos.

Very sad memorial, not being kept up these days. Simple place, door to the statue and Death Pit was open, hinges on the Death Pit bulkhead beginning to break. No hours posted. Still, a labor must see.
