- A constantly rotating list of ice cream with about 4-5 choices a day. The most interesting flavor I've tried was olive oil. The texture of the ice cream is a stand-out here, impossibly smooth.

- This beats just about any homemade ice cream you have ever had. Imagine Kelvin (the ice cream machine that is) turn milk and other ingredients into ice cream right in front of your eyes. In 1 minute!

- Salted caramel is at the perfect sweetness level. Cookie dough, though delicious, is way too sweet and rich that would ruin the entire experience.
