This Little Italy speakeasy has an equally hidden backyard patio serving large format cocktails like a tropical rum daiquiri. The colorful garden also has a small snack menu. Read more

Hidden underneath an apartment complex in little Italy, their outdoor back patio is the perfect happy hour location when the weather is nice. The Linda Lovelace cocktail was delicious.

Check out The Mulberry Project accessible via a subterranean door beneath a Little Italy souvenir shop. Part club, part restaurant, & home to a weekend brunch that rages well into the early evening. Read more

One of the best options in the neighborhood for a good drink away from tourists. I always do the bartender's choice bespoke cocktail. Lovely little outdoor area in back that very few people know of.

Definitely go for the bespoke, and the bartender will make a custom drink with the alcohol and vibe (fruity, spicy, aromatic, etc) of your choice! Cute outdoor area for a cocktail under the stars!

It's below 149 mulberry St. Look for the staircase leading down to a purple light. The place is larger then most speakeasys making it great for groups.

Try their Bespoke Cocktails. Fantastic concoctions. Pick your alcohol & how you'd like it served (Shaken, Stirred, Refreshing, Aromatic, Savory, Sweet, Sour, Spiced, Light, or Alcohol Driven).

Amid all the bright lights and neon signs of the old school joints in Little Italy, you have to be looking pretty hard for the unmarked red door with a little red light that serves as the entrance. Read more

Neat little speakeasy that basically is bartenders choice menu. Just say the base liquor you like and flavors you prefer and they mix up something awesome. Also has a nice outdoor space, but small

Look for the pink light and staircase downstairs to find this Speakeasy. Known for their make your own cocktails, aka bartenders choice, there's a dance crowd but also a nice backyard.

Bartenders here are like genies with the bottles. Top-of-the-line, ridiculously awesome craft cocktails. You tell the bartender what flavors and liquor you want, and he makes it so, just for you. A+

Instead of two turntables and a microphone, Beck could have sang about your choice of two flavors and a liquor, and had himself a hit song about the drinks at a speakeasy nestled beneath Little Italy.

Very tucked away, but too well-known to drop in. Ideal on a gorgeous weekday when you can take over a backyard table and order food. Waits are excessive on weekends. Terrific drinks.

Don't order from the menu. Let the bartender make you a concoction based on your liquor preference, it's a delicious surprise with such fresh ingredients-- lots of fruits and herbs

A nice outdoor space, but the cocktails are weak, which sucks when you're paying $12-15 bucks for them. I had two and felt nothing.

Create your own cocktail by the ingredients listed on the wall. Waiters are super friendly, nice atmosphere but the place is packed quickly. One of the nicest speakeasy I've been to!

Pretty trendy but low-key cocktail bar. No menu, you basically throw a type of liquor and some adjectives to the bartender and see what he comes up with. Also has a nice backyard.

Check out their speakeasy within a speakeasy. La Isla Escondida will only be open during the summer. If it's like their last popup 1919 it'll definitely be worth it.

Great outdoor space. Wish the drinks were a bit stronger, but they're super tasty (i.e. the Jenna Jameson with blackberries). Food is not top notch (i.e. the burger)

Mango muddled bevvy was soo delicious. But be prepared to be ignored for about 20-30 minutes before anyone looks up to make you a drink!

This hidden treat takes an innovative approach to its drink menu – it doesn’t have one. Instead, you choose from a list of ingredients and the bartender mixes you an original concoction. Be adventurou

great spot for an early drink, as it is a very small space and the later it gets the less space avalaible. One of the few great speakeasies in NYC with mind blowing food to match.

Came here 12am Saturday. Walked into a sweaty room with striped shirts dancing on couches and ordering basic well drinks. Might come back on a weekday for a cocktail on the patio.
