Bring a good book or a chatty friend. The line is long and once inside another line awaits. However if you feel like waiting for 25-40 minutes you'll get amazing pasta and sides waiting at the counter

The pasta was comparable to what I've experienced in Italy: fresh, simple, homemade, delicious. And a bowl for just $9.95! Get there 15-20 minutes before they open to avoid a long line.

Only open for lunch from 11am-3pm. Get there early to be at the front of the queue since the line often goes around the block. Serves three pastas daily. Go with friends to try all of them.

Seattle local favorite and doesn't disappoint. The kale salad and focaccia are so much more than you expect. Pastas are perfectly al dente and bursting with flavor.

The line wraps around fast so come early, like 10:30am. Tried the veggie lasagna, anchovy/broccolini cavatelli, and bolognese paperdalle. All good (though not mind blowing). Focaccia is alright too.

Always a line (about 20 mins when it's at the door). Wait until you order before getting a seat (one will always open up) & everything works itself out. Best pasta & they change regularly.

Most of their pasta contains dairy, but you can apparently always order pasta pomodoro off-menu and have them hold the cheese!

Amazing, quality pasta. Highly recommended. Portions are smaller than what you may be used to, but I think they're just right. Get some Focaccia as a side if you need more food!

Despite being a well-known spot with a line out the door, this place feels neither exclusive nor pretentious. (Line moves fairly quickly.)
