LOVE that you can choose the level of oil/fat you want, and that you can add as much or as little garlic as you like, and that you can make it as spicy as you want, with the chili on the table- My favorite recipe = Vegetable Ramen with LIGHT oil, with generous red dried chili from table + 2 freshly squeezed garlic from table

MacchaxFebruary 27, 2015I'm sure the ramen here is great, which unfortunately I didn't try. The Dandan Ramen was really bad unfortunately.... Somehow it tastes a bit bitter... :(
