Divya MulanjurDecember 29, 2015It's a long drive to get there but worth it. Dress warm because this is the windiest area in the pacific coast and it gets really cold. There's a half a mile walk from parking, dogs are not allowed.
K FJuly 23, 2013Well worth the drive out! Spectacular views! Just be mindful of the time of day as they close the steps going down to the light house @ 4:30. rangers do a nice job explaining some interesting facts.

AndreaAugust 1, 2013Foggiest and windiest place on the West Coast. Lighthouse is closed T/W/Th and the 301 stairs down to it are closed when winds are over 40mph. Lighthouse is .4 miles from parking area.
Christopher GallagaAugust 2, 2017Open Monday to Friday except when apparently on a whim they close from Tuesday to Thursday. Imho they owe me gas and time at least.
