- It feels almost like Singapore Airlines has this lounge because it has to and not because it wants to. After all this is where the "masses" (non PPS, non business class, but loyal nonetheless) go.
- TingOctober 3, 2014This is the 'lower-class' SQ lounge (for gold members) compared to the nearby silverkris lounge (for pps & bizclass). An economy class lounge, crowded where space is a premium, don't expect too much.Upvoted Mar 2
- Star Gold members on United flights can visit this lounge instead of the SATS lounge. Food is of similar quality but a lot less crowded when the flight is full for both NRT and HKG.
- This is a tired lounge for frequent flyers who book loads of economy class flights - the better lounge is for business class only - true loyalty comes with a price at Singapore Airlines ;-)
- Brad BrennemanOctober 4, 2014While the airport is massive, the Gold lounge is a shoebox with no facilities. After 18 hours of flying, and one more 10 hour leg ahead, a shower would be nice. Zero stars for this lounge
- StéphanieSeptember 15, 2018A very popular place to hang out before the night flights to Europe, hence, completely packed, not very spacious and the food is very limited. Time for an upgrade!
- Maurice HofmannJanuary 23, 2013I am not convinced. The SQ Lounges @ JFK fir instance has much more flair. Still, it beats having to pay for food & drinks. But, its their home turf. Look at Lufthansa in Frankfurt!
- M. R.July 7, 2014Located at Changi Airport Terminal 3, the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge is accessible to Star Alliance Gold members (Singapore Airlines Business class passengers have a better lounge). Free WiFi, but small.
- SoxinlyJune 16, 2016Just like everyone else said this is a huge disappointment considering the rest of Changi airport is so nice! Food selection is very limited! No shower or bathroom is unimaginable!!!😤😖😡
- Matt DayFebruary 19, 2012The Wifi can be flaky, get a password for the wireless@SG network from the info desk downstairs so you have a backup.
- Richard LyonDecember 28, 2017Real economy level lounge. Considering its Singapore's home turf it's very disappointing. Food tastes like it was made a long time ago! No toilets, comfiest seats are on the balcony, but quite noisy.
- ʂɛཞɛŋɖı℘ıɬყJanuary 30, 2015they provide tiger beer on tap and some nice food and light snacks to nibble on!
- Do not miss the glutinous rice and chicken in the little tins. Mmmmmmmm.
- D@nny BLAUAugust 27, 2014United Club's "Star Alliance Lounge" card is accepted here. Apparently, the agent who checked me in didn't know this info... nor do the agents at the other lounge that handle UA flights. #sin
- Yiling DingFebruary 14, 2018No shower, no bathrooms or amenities. Kind of defeats the point of a lounge.
- StéphanieJune 10, 2017The lounge is totally overcrowded late evening, chairs and interior are rundown and food is limited. Time for an overhaul SIA!
- foodie goodieJuly 20, 2015Disappointing food and don't even expect any service. Furniture is poorly maintained and dated, which is most disappointing considering its home turf. Anyway, chwee kwey is pretty decent ...
- Ayhan ÇobanliogluApril 30, 2019Tuvaletler dışarıda ve bavulunuzu bırakıp çıkma imkanınız yok... Toilets are out of the Lounge and they don’t keep your luggage for you if you need to go toilette. There would be luggage safes...
- Food is still terrible compare to other KF lounge world wide. Funny that home place is worst one. Anyway, good place to relax and best service as usual!
- IvanNovember 10, 2014First time here with high hopes. Must say I'm disappointed. Very limited food selection & of average quality. Not impressive considering it being the home turf.
- Kris ZielNovember 21, 2011Okay food, nice seats, nice view of runway, although it would be nice if there were some showers and more power plugs.
- Unacceptable! No shower facilities even for their own Gold Members!
- Lower your expectations, this isn't the fancy The Private Room or Silverkris Lounge.
- need to go all the way through the First lounge to get to the Private, excellent facilities
- yRa GonzalesNovember 4, 2010foods galore! Eat all you want. Rest all u want. As long as you dont miss ur flight. teeheee!
- Stefan MüllerOctober 25, 2013If you have a choice; do not come here. The place is a disgrace. Totally overfilled, very small choice of beverages and snacks. Short, a total dissappointment.
- Nick HodgsonJune 29, 2014As with many others, lack of showers especially on longhaul transits very disappointing when other alliances offer this service for Gold frequent fliers.
- David GurteenNovember 15, 2010Such a poor selection of food here compared with other Star Alliance lounges.
- Joe WuFebruary 5, 2014As per many of the reviews and tips, this is not a flash lounge. Food is ok, but other than that really it's nothing flash. No shower, no toilet! Be warned!
- Disappointing lounge considering it's SQ's home ground. Better off just lounging out in the regular areas.
- Jagadish GandhiMay 8, 2016Another poor SQ lounge. Expect soiled carpet and furnitures. Limited food options.
- Mirco CalzolariOctober 25, 2013as it is the main hub, you expect the lounge to be adequate. but it is just poor, overcrouded and has a very limited offer.
- Gypo NolanOctober 2, 2013No restrooms inside this lounge. You have to go outside and use the airport restrooms.
- The lounge is ok as long as you don't eat the scrambled eggs. Bloody awful!
- The chee kway is actually quite good...if u get to it fast enuf :-)
- It take aprx 10mins walk to arrv gate B8. Any1taking SQ830 to PVG, watch yr time...
- Mark BurbyNovember 18, 2012Do yourself a favour and find the Coffee & Toast downstairs. Food not great.
- Will NobleJune 26, 2013Don't expect any more than a pretty average Australian domestic business class lounge...
