New store is all shiny and pretty, but the atmosphere and efficiency are no where near the standards of the old one. Certainly wasn't like this in my day when we worked there.

Nice place to have a frapuccino. There's some seats outside for hot days.

The coffee in the morning tasted a bit burnt. Always been fine later in the day.

Appallingly slow!!! Go to the Christ's Lane or Market Square branches for much friendlier and faster service!!
