I've found it best to have an idea of what you want, pop into store, have a look and order for delivery. It's cheaper doing so in store than online. Only trouble is store is so confusing

If you have to go at the weekend, it gets pretty quiet after about five or six in the evening. Much shorter queues.

The products are great but I didn't like that the baby changing station was right by the hand dryer which upset my baby every time someone dried their hands.

'The entrance is actually at level 4, but it's worth staying parked on level 1 if you can as that's where you'll be emerging with all that oddly-named flatpack furniture.'

Hidden exit through to West Quay when you exit. Look left of the IKEA car park when you walk out the door.
