Beautiful historic pub on the Thames with a good beer selection including offerings from London Fields Brewery coupled with incredible views from the beer garden or balcony.

Proper old boozer bursting with character & history. Standard pub grub & drinks both on the expensive side but worth it for the lovely outside roof terrace with great views over the River Thames.

Cyril RichardMay 14, 2016Amazon views from the two terrasses. Atmosphere is really warm, cosy and a bit old fashioned, you can really believe the pub hasn't changed in decades. Food is good as well. Overall, great pub!

Soak up the atmosphere, read the historical information on the walls and imagine the place rammed with sailors 300 years ago. Hang out in the beer garden in summer, or by the fire place in winter.

Nice cosy seats along the river wall allow prime views of the passing speed boats and pirate's noose.

Really nice cozy pub for a pint. Really slow service if you order food, so make sure you're not in a rush!
