The stained glass windows were created by John Dobbs, who cofounded Freedom of Expresso. He also did the windows in the Crouse Hospital chapel. He does beautiful work!

If you've been working for a while, take a walk on the bike trail behind the building. It's next to a little stream and is really relaxing

Freedom of Espresso has the best iced coffee in Syracuse, it's never brewed hot, which makes it really smooth.

If you can get passed the uncomfortable staring of the employees, the coffee is decent. Make the menus bigger :/
