- Evening StandardMay 11, 2012The screening room at Balham’s only cinema might be a little on the small side but the burgers, hot wings and other American diner fare on the menu are blockbusters of epic proportions. Read more
- Julia KateMay 8, 2016Love love love this place. Very lively. There is comedy, live art, cinema, music and a banging food selection. Great staff. Perfect ambience. 👌🏻
- Emily-janeFebruary 27, 2017Lots of events happening - life drawing - fab little cinema. Food and drink is ok. Very good bottomless brunch!
- The diner is great value for proper Americana foodies. Waffle it up with eggs & bacon for brunch and indulge in a Captain Joe shake.
- Magnus BarclayAugust 3, 2013Awesome place with great deals! Bar, diner and cinema! Movie nights are a must, deal on food and tickets!
- Nick De SouzaApril 7, 2017We asked for iced coffee even though it wasn't on the menu and they made it for us - very good too!
- Chris EvansJuly 24, 2016Was not as great as I was expecting. Went for brunch - good deal for 1.5 hours bottomless prosecco for £20. However the food was expensive for what we got - brunches between £7-9 but very small.
- Ben FretwellJune 3, 2010Drinking venue inside and out on several floors, but a hidden GEM of a cinema experience with a small selection of sofas (blankets in winter) and accompanying beverage treat - romancing factor HIGH Read more
- Not too bad, served up an old school vegetarian burger pretending it was Beyond Meat, only when I pointed this out did they admit it. Will give them a second try...
- Charlotte AnnSeptember 6, 2015Fish tank inside is something different, cheesy music, fun on a Saturday :)
- Gave it a second try, ordered vegetarian breakfast - was served up without eggs, got told I ordered a vegan breakfast - that's not even on the menu! Eggs showed up later, they were overcooked 🙄
- Great diner food and happy hour on cocktails. Cinema upstairs as well
- The Cultural ExposéJuly 14, 2011A really, REALLY nice bar/restaurant/private cinema that's worth trekking down South for. Loved the cosmo vibe.
- EmeraldStreetJuly 4, 2011For just £15.95 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you get two courses plus a ticket to the intimate cinema upstairs, where – yesss! – you can take your drinks. Read more
- Laura DoraOctober 8, 2014Food is decent, the cinema is cool, there's good outside space, but it gets way too busy past 12am on a Saturday night
- The Wondering EnglishmanNovember 18, 2012The music here is terrible - commercial hit after commercial hit - If your here at the weekend you will hear girls screaming Rihanna and Katy Perry at the top of their lungs - dire
- Carole PalmerSeptember 15, 2010Excellent venue with lovely garden . great events and free parties , films , food and drink offers - Love this place!
- Nothing stands out, average. Putting nachos on a plank of wood does not make it posh. Observed several people sending back cold food.
- Another cracking @original_dating night here at the exhibit.
- Simon Storvik-GreenJuly 14, 2013If you're on your own, check out the fish tank for some marine company!
- Karen BengeMarch 9, 2011I find the bar a bit soulless but the food is very good and the cinema is cute
- Don't have the eggs florentine. It's not filling. Just an oversized canapé
- John DiddyNovember 25, 2011Level 3: Hire this for your do... Holds 70 people with a cool balcony. :)
- First Friday of the month is Gaze @ Exhibit. More info @gazeatexhibit or www.facebook.com/gazeatexhibit
- Can TiryakiogluMarch 16, 2013Overcrowded and too hot on a Sat night. Come here if you wanna deal with screaming girls and sweaty guys - all drunk. Avoid if you want a good night out with some decent personal space.
- Pub quiz on a Monday is great fun ;) £1 entry per person and you could win £50
- Anthony OnumonuSeptember 7, 2013Stick to bottle beer. This place can't mix drinks. Just had the worst Mohitto!
