- Cafrey MaDecember 19, 2017A good variety of places for food / tea or coffee while waiting for your departure or arrival. I recommend the area outside the immigration check as the boarding area has comparatively lesser choice.Upvoted Jan 28
- If you are coming in from outside Sarawak (even if you have entered Malaysia via Sabah or West Malaysia), then get your passports ready because you will go through Immigrations again!Upvoted 19 hours ago
- The smoking room is now closed down by Ministry of Health. There is also a food court now, at departure hallUpvoted Mar 14
- Fancy a place to relax like flying biz class..head on to Premium Plaza Lounge and get your self a drink. Relax with good ambience and music for less
- There's Starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, Old Town White Coffee & a few other food outlets. Small airport. A few souvenir & duty-free shops too. Nice people. Just 15 mins to Kuching city centre unlike KLIA!
- Mazin AlJuly 11, 2019serving the entire southwestern region of Sarawak. Its located 11 km south of city centre. The terminal is capable of handling 5 million passengers per year and its the 4th busiest airport in Malaysia
- I find this airport very clean & tidy.. With a touch of local culture designs.. Nice 👍🏼

- mathew LSeptember 19, 2017Those AirAsia travellers, go to the normal counter check in area as there are 3 more kiosks there. Shorter queue:-)
- najihah mohd shahFebruary 14, 2015My first time been here. Bit confusing where to go. Luckily got very nice one mr policeman help me out and even show me the way to go. Thanks!
- The arrival is the most kelam kabut part of the airport. No one giving way to anybody. Cars parked/waiting on the zebra crossing. Yes, Sarawakians, what an impression!
- Coffee bean is closed. I wish the space can be better Cafe for passenger to sit in while waiting for flight.
- I want to give an opinion for any airports not just this. Please provide power sockets(I dont noe what people usually call em, but I call it plug) please please provide it.really need em 2 charge!
- No more smoking room at departure hall and it is so hard to find a plug socket so goodluck with your gadget's battery life
- Wawan KunDecember 20, 2016Friendly staff. I think Kuching people are basically some of the nicest folks I've met.
- Try laksa swk and mee kolok in the terminal food court. Worth it.
- Topek KetopekanSeptember 29, 2010McDonald's is available here. but McSundae is always about been sold out. Try ask first, and if you are lucky, you will get one. Good Luck!
- How I wish that they had a connected multi storey parking facility here just like in KLIA. It would surely encourage people to park instead of causing traffic jams by parking on the roadside.
- Make sure to follow AirAsia's luggage regulations to the most precise inches. Man it's strict AF, alot strict than klia
- No Grab pick-up point. Therefore, get yourself a taxi coupon at the counter by the exit, or rent a car. Many options for rental car.
- Come early to airport & just a reminder that only one hand carry allowed during this RMCO.
- If you're studying, living or working in Sarawak, you know Malaysia, otherwise you should strongly decide to visit Sarawak and sabah :-)
- If you are flying international make sure u fill your tummy at departure area before going to immigration. There is only a duty free alcohol shop inside. No cafe, nothing!
- CoMe eaRLy to tHe aiRpoRt at LeaSt 2 hOuR beFoRe dePaRtuRe to do kiOsk c/iN as its fRee, siMpLe & qUiCk!!!
- There are souvenir shops after immigration if you need last minutes shopping and have lot of choices!
- Frequently come to airport to have Mc Donald cause this brand is nearest to my house. I believe most you guys also do the same, come to airport just to have Mc Donald. Hahahaha...
- Good airport with a lot of food centre 1 & 2 Km away from the airport.
- Azatie NaziehaJuly 13, 2019there are only three eateries ; Starbucks, Sumiran Cafe (nasi campur), & KFC.
- Adrian CornholioJune 16, 2015They are starting to provide free wifi access..a good step up. Internet was quite fast
- Reza DzulkifleeJanuary 27, 2015Fastfood, western restaurants n coffee bistros are available for tourist.
- Marcus SimDecember 17, 2019Stupidest airport ever with no food / drinks available within the international departure transit area!
- DRCSeptember 12, 2016Small airport in comparison to KLIA but efficient and adequate. Aircond was pretty cold in the arrival hall.
