The Steak and Shake is usually a good quick eat place but the service in this location is really bad when ever they get busy.. We waited to be seated for 15 minutes last week and then left...
P. D.February 17This location is struggling. Zero human interaction. All ipads. Complex ordering system. Barcode scans for drinks. Grease on every surface. And multiple problems with one's order. A once great chain!

Their fresh brewed iced tea is great and less expensive then McDonalds' tea! (Not to mention their large is bigger then McD's large...and always served in styrofoam!)- Service can be slow when it's busy, but this isn't fast food. Good burgers, fries, and milkshakes.
