- Beautiful Hotel.. Located just a boat ride away from Epcot & Hollywood Studios. 5min walk to the Disney Boardwalk as well. Pool is beautiful and the restaurants inside the hotel are great!Upvoted Mar 23
- Carlos PereaMay 9, 2017Fountain is a great place to eat with kids. Their burger is great, but a little messy. Plenty of exciting things to see throughout the whole resort. You're able to see Epcots fireworks at night.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Great hotel in a great location! I love the renovated lobby and the service is excellent!Upvoted 4 weeks ago
- Tom Moondog DelMundoDecember 7, 2013Breakfast at Picabu is ridiculously overpriced. Take a walk to the bakery at the boardwalk for a slightly less expensive breakfast of fresh sticky buns and danishes.Upvoted 4 weeks ago
- At the end of the stay we were charged off fairly large amounts. We have a second month of contact with customer support and can not help us. I would not advise you to stay at this hotel!Upvoted 4 weeks ago
- Dan PrattJanuary 10, 2011This place is a value when you consider the prices at the other hotel on Boardwalk. It is also walking distance from EPCOT and Hollywood Studios!
- This is an older hotel, with the sort of keycards you still have to slot into the door instead of tap. The room door doesn't seem to easily close so make sure you hear the door click shut!
- Christina VernoiaSeptember 25, 2012You get a service charge at picabu .. Its a self serve cafeteria type place. the only difference is that someone cleans off the table when you leave. Even when you bring up stuff to your room.
- Greg S.January 30, 2015Bluezoo has some really great food and a surprisingly diverse beer selection. Go for happy hour!
- GinaOctober 24, 2012Strike up a convo with the late night restaurant crew and they'll hook you up with an extra large serving of your food. Mmm.
- ANovember 23, 2014Get a lake view- the higher up the better. Gorgeous view of the lights, fountains, and fireworks.
- While the grounds and the hotel are generally very nice. EVERYTHING is overpriced...even for Disney. Quick service Picabu restaurant is more expensive than take out from Bluezoo - pretty ridiculous.
- Chris HeilmannJuly 18, 2013the gym is in pristine condition and has all the things you need. great to fight jet lag.
- R WilliamsMay 7, 2011For dairy allergy desert go to The Fountain in Dolphin resort and order a shake made with soy milk and sorbet. Tasty.
- Comfortable & clean but not the same level of service or experience as a real Disney deluxe resort
- Puu KampolratanaSeptember 1, 2014Stayed for 5 nights and nothing to complain. Loved how this place is close to everything
- DonnieTampaMarch 17, 2012Go to the Fresh Mediterranean market across from bluezoo, and grab a 7$ bloody marys ask for Alanna, she is great!!
- Heather PommernelleFebruary 1, 2012Really fab mushroom risotto, mushroom rigatoni, & tuna carpaccio (fried capers really make it special)
- Great location to Epcot and Disney Studios, but the bathrooms in the room need to be updated big time. Barely can sit on the toilet and shut the door.
- Serena NeslusanFebruary 21, 2022Wonderful resort! Close to boat dock to get dinner in Epcot each night
- Stephanie GollwitzerApril 22, 2013For college program Disney cast members, this is a nice way to get a rent a car at the Alamo inside of the hotel.
- If going to the parks, we found that later in the day, the wait lines are waaaay shorter. Seems people arrive early and leave by 4pm allowing quicker access to rides.
- I believe the best place for a large group to go is Jelly Rolls on the Disney Boardwalk. A 5 minute walk from the hotel.
- Kellyanne Feduniewicz-BelloOctober 31, 2015NOT! the WORLD CLASS HOTEL EVERYONE THINKS!! HAD JR SUITE., WOKE UP AT 8AM TO JACKHAMMERS!! HAD ROOM CHANGED, ONLY TO BE PUT IN THE PRIME CONSTRUCTION ZONE
- Ken PolleckJanuary 17, 2012For 24 hour/day food and snacks, check out Picabu--well-hidden on the first floor near the exercise room.
- FredMay 17, 2015We booked 5 rooms for 3 days.... 17 people... At least one room was not cleaned per day... 1500 rooms are very complicated to deal with
- Henner SchliebsMarch 21, 2012Go to steakhouse at the yacht club 5 mins walking distance from the d&s ghetto - they serve great steaks
- Kimonos at that swan is one if the best Japanese restaurants in Orlando.
- prima filiDecember 12, 2015Noisy house keeping in the mornings, old towels, stained sheets, and... BUGS of all sorts. Not a happy stay.
- Mark LevitJuly 10, 2017Tough to say negative things about Disney, but this place sets a new [low] standard. Hidden fees, odors, and a cavernous and confusing layout diminish the experience. We don't love it here.
- Kathy RitondoAugust 23, 2010Buy a refill cup at the Picabu for $12.99 and get free drink refills (coffee, soda, tea) unlimited at the Picabu or other hotel restaurants.
- Ken GrossAugust 13, 2015Dolphin hotel is always great. Try Shulas steakhouse inside hotel. It's great.
- Take the free shuttle to Downtown Disney and try the Earl of Sandwich. Worth the trip!
- Be sure to order a pizza from Room service at the Dolphin. Best room service pizza I have ever had. Sure didn't taste like room service!
- Olga VoroninaAugust 13, 2019Were given a noisy room with insane noise all night, couldn’t sleep, asked to move to a different room but no one seemed to care. Didn’t enjoy this hotel at all
- The basic wifi is not good for work, at least in the East tower. Kept cutting out over 3 days of working.
- Steven ZimmermanJuly 14, 2014going to the park r not, our stays at the @SwanDolphin (Dolphin) have always been great. This trip, our 26th Wedding Anniversary was even better. The service is as great as the food & choice of pools
