Get in free for 3 hrs with your HSBC or Citibank credit card. If you don't have full business lounge access it is not too bad. Free buffet and drinks, along with comfy seats. Located over by Gate 1.
Accessible with a Priority Pass, this lounge has hands down the best fish ball noodle soup in the airport. There is a line just to get a bowl! Entrance is right before Gate 1.
Fish ballsnoodles are the highlights.. seems doesn't taste as good before. Lounge has been newly renovated... more private seats... waaaay less people. Order food by qr code n delivered to ur table.
After the renovation (2018), the use of space is much better. Power outlets and charging points everywhere. Free wifi is blazing fast! But be sure to come earlier. There’s always a queue.
The new lounge, just past the old lounge towards gate 4, is amazing. Bright, clean and more relaxing IMHO. This is probably due to replace the old lounge sometime some. Written Feb 6/18
Stop by after your flight - it's directly below the airport express station. Listen for the train arriving from the lounge: you'll have enough time to run upstairs and catch it
The most irritating departure boards ever. One screen, scrolls pages with every flight for the next 10 hours stopping for 30s each time. Takes about 5 mins to loop back round to boarding flights.
Fish ball soup is very good, but this lounge is usually crowded. The Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate 1 has dark lighting while the one near Gate 40 has a very open feel
Very limited dishes served here no desserts available also wondering why they don’t have green tea🍵 much crowdedlounge ! Attached rest rooms, priority pass accepted here.
If you're waiting for your onward flight, this is the place to be, to rejuvenate your stiff neck, back and arms - just got off the best massage ever! Highly recommend!!!
Don't be fooled by the "alcohol isn't free" chat. Past the bar on the right hand side is a fridge with lager and stout. Anything more fruity and I guess you need to pay. Internet is slow
If you are Diners exclusive client you have free access. First lounge I see that charges for massage and alcoholic beverages. You won't like the food if you don't like Asian food. Polite staff though.
It's quite dark in here compared to the rest of the light & airy airport. You may forget it's daytime. Check for the loungewifi password on reception: the free airport wifi has a weak signal inside.
If you have a long layover this is great value. Staff allowed us to stay longer until we boarded. Showers, meal, massage, free wifi, power points and comfy chairs. Recommended.

Attention fellow AA EXP: Do yourself a favor and do not visit this lounge. Go to the much nicer Cathay First Classlounge 'The Wing'. Free access due to your oneworld emerald status and much nicer.
This lounge is as uniquely awful as it was the last time I visited. Long lines to check in, over crowded without enough seats, long waits for showed, etc. Terrible.
For Malaysia Airlines passengers, Halal Muslim food is available on request. Just inquire at the reception, they will prepare the food fresh within 15 minutes. Choice of chicken or beef. Not bad!
The cake and sandwiches at Cash Bar is complimentary. only alcohol drink is priced. brownie is just okay, you would need a real spoon not a plastic spoon provided.
Located directly after immigration at the south departure hall in Hong Kong International Airport. It includes brilliant airport facilities for guests including comfortable seating, shower and private resting areas, superb massage and spa and nail services, oxygen therapy and a fantastic bar.
